I didn't get into real estate because I love houses - though I really, really do. I got into it because I'm good at the part most agents avoid: the complicated, emotional, high-stakes human side of buying and selling.

I've been a Pullman local for 20+ years. I know the neighborhoods, the quirks, the schools, and the community - not from a data sheet, but from actually living here. That context matters when you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life.

My clients don't come to me because I'm the loudest agent in the room. They come because they want someone steady - someone who negotiates strategically, communicates honestly, and makes the whole process feel manageable.

Outside of work, I'm a boy mom of three, an enthusiastic Coug fan, and a person who genuinely cannot pass a beautiful house without stopping to stare.
